Soulblizz is under no circumstances liable for any damage whatsoever, direct or indirect, that is in any way caused by and/or results from any inaccuracies in the text and/or the use of our products or services.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS SOULBLIZZ

Chapter 1: Reiki Tribe Membership

Article 1. Definitions

These regulations refer to, among other things, subscriptions, subscribers and/or members. These words are used as synonyms for, among other things, right of use and fellow users. Where these regulations refer to the Soulblizz Reiki Tribe Membership, this specifically refers to the Soulblizz, registered with the Chamber of Commerce. in Breda under number 65977882.

Article 2. Applicability

All members can download these general terms and conditions on the Soulblizz website. Members of the Soulblizz Reiki Tribe Membership declare that they accept the Reiki Tribe Membership and the associated conditions without reservation by registering. Soulblizz is entitled to change and/or supplement the conditions within all reasonableness.

Article 3. Conclusion of the agreement
1. The agreement is concluded after the client has successfully completed the ordering process via the website.
2. The agreement can only be concluded via the website after the client has clicked to agree to these general terms and conditions.
3. After the agreement has been concluded via the website, Soulblizz will send a confirmation email to the client. If the client has not received a confirmation email, the client must contact Soulblizz via hello@soulblizz.com.

Article 4. The subscription

The subscription is strictly personal, non-transferable and gives access to all sessions associated with the type of subscription taken out. The login details of the members area may not be shared with third parties. The invitation link for the session should also not be shared with others. The subscription is concluded for a minimum period of one calendar month and is then automatically renewed monthly. With the subscription you have access to all sessions and content that belong to the Soulblizz Reiki Tribe Membership.

The sessions will be offered live & online on the indicated date and time. Due to incapacity, illness or unforeseen circumstances, Soulblizz reserves the right to move the session to another date or time. The subscriber will be informed of this by email as soon as possible. A recording of the session is always placed in the online community, so that you can always watch the replay. This recording will remain online for 1 week. Furthermore, a maximum of 6 recordings (due to holidays) per year will be offered pre-recorded. This means that no live session will be offered, but that a previously recorded session will be posted in the online community. This pre-recorded version will also remain online for 1 week.
4 A. Notice period

The subscription can only be canceled by e-mail and the notice period is 5 days. Example: If a subscriber became a member on 01-01-2023, the membership can be canceled monthly no later than the 26th. If cancellation is made within 5 days before the subscription expires, the subscription will be stopped one month later. This is adhered to at all times, without exception. If the subscriber does not cancel in the prescribed manner, he or she remains liable for payment. Even if the subscriber has not used the subscription. Subscriber can cancel by sending an email to: hello@soulblizz.com, stating the name and email address with which the subscriber is registered. This email is also proof of unsubscription. Subscriber will receive confirmation of the cancellation within 4 working days. The cancellation is final as soon as the subscriber has received confirmation.

4 B. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are paid in calendar monthly installments by means of a direct debit authorization, whereby debiting takes place in advance on the date of registration. If it is not possible to collect the amount due, Soulblizz has the right to charge costs. The costs for this are € 11.00 per canceled or failed direct debit for payments made by the bank and € 25.00 for payments made by credit card or Paypal. If Soulblizz outsources a claim for collection, all judicial and extrajudicial costs will be borne by the defaulting subscriber. The subscriber can download the invoice for the subscription within the Plug & Pay member portal environment.

4 C. Free membership

The one-month free membership offer applies exclusively to new members. If a subscription is cancelled after the free month and the customer rejoins at a later date, they will be considered a returning customer and will not qualify for another free month.

Article 5. Termination of the subscription from Soulblizz.

Soulblizz reserves the right to terminate the subscription before the end of the month without refund if it believes that a subscriber no longer meets the conditions of the subscription or exhibits unacceptable behavior on the forum.

Article 6. Communication

Subscribers can report changes to an email address to: hello@soulblizz.com. As soon as there are changes within the Reiki Tribe Membership or new sessions are added, the subscriber will receive an email.

Article 7. Liability

Participation in the Soulblizz Reiki Tribe Membership is entirely at your own risk. The Soulblizz Reiki Tribe Membership and the associated sessions are not a substitute for a (medical) doctor or specialist. Soulblizz cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Subscriber contacts Soulblizz if he/she is not satisfied with the service, or the Soulblizz Reiki Tribe Membership. Send an email to: hello@soulblizz.com, describing the complaint as extensively as possible. A suitable solution will then be looked at together. If Soulblizz and the Subscriber cannot reach a suitable solution, the Subscriber can contact the independent Complaints Officer and Dispute Resolution Body via: gatgeschillen.nl to which Soulblizz is affiliated.

Article 8. Force majeure

If the members site is temporarily inaccessible due to a technical malfunction, Soulblizz will not be liable for this. As soon as the disruption persists for at least 48 hours, this will be proportionally compensated in the monthly membership.

Chapter 2: COMMUNITY

Article 1. Access, registration and Membership
1. When purchasing a product (or unpaid product), the customer automatically gains access to the group in the community linked to this product (if applicable)
2. The Membership is individual, personal and non-transferable.
3. The login code and password sent are strictly personal and confidential, and the Member must handle this with care. More specifically, the login code and password may not be made available to third parties or disclosed in any way.
4. The Member is fully responsible and liable for all use of his login code and password and for all actions performed via his Account.

Article 2. Use of the Community
1. The aim of membership of Soulblizz is to come into personal contact with other members. The information provided by the Member on his account must be related to this purpose. It is not permitted to use an Account for other purposes, to perform unlawful acts, to commit criminal offenses and/or for acts that, in the opinion of Soulblizz, are contrary to generally applicable standards and values.
2. Membership in the Soulblizz community is at the Member's own risk. This means that the Member is responsible for, among other things, the extent to which he/she provides personal information to other Members, whether or not he/she responds to responses from other Members, makes his/her contact details directly available to other Members, other Whether or not you meet Members and enter into or terminate relationships with another Member.
3. When using the community and all communications that he sends via the facilities offered by Soulblizz or on behalf of Soulblizz, the Member will refrain from, among other things:

infringing (intellectual property) rights of third parties (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights and database rights);
committing (virtual) theft;
disseminating secret or confidential information;
distributing unlawful or punishable texts and/or images and sound material, including racist statements, (child) pornography, criminal data traffic, offensive statements and so-called mail bombs;
making obscene or (suggestive) sexual statements;
using the data of other Members for purposes other than those for which it was intended, including providing this data to third parties or sending spam, chain letters or mailings of a commercial nature;
committing computer intrusion ('hacking');
destroying, damaging or rendering unusable systems or automated works and software of others;
spreading viruses or otherwise intentionally disrupting communications or data storage;
gaining access to the Content and/or the User Content by means of false keys, false codes and false capacities;
otherwise (intentionally or not) adversely affecting or disrupting the use of the Soulblizz website(s) by other members.
Members are furthermore not permitted to use the Soulblizz community and any communication they send via the facilities offered by or on behalf of Soulblizz:
directly or indirectly include contact information such as telephone numbers, street addresses, surnames, URLs, e-mail addresses or other personally identifiable information in a Profile;
make requests for contact details to other Members;
sending more than three messages to the same Member within 24 hours, without first receiving a response or permission from the Member in question;
publish photos of a sexual nature, youth photos, group photos, photos of animals or photos of people other than the Member himself on a Profile without permission;
to use a Profile as a blog, column or otherwise post texts or images that are not directly or indirectly aimed at the subject of the group;
to assume a false identity or to pretend to be someone else;
to use the Soulblizz community in any way for advertising services or products (unless explicitly stated), or for any other (commercial) purpose that is not in accordance with the purpose of the Soulblizz community.
Profiles must contain honest and correct information about the member and must not be misleading. The information placed on a profile must be kept up to date by the member and must be adjusted or updated without delay in the event of actual changes.
Soulblizz is entitled to check all Profiles and is also entitled to change a Profile if it is discovered that the Soulblizz community has been used in violation of the provisions of these Terms of Use, without giving reasons, without prior warning or notice of default and without judicial intervention. refuse or delete, temporarily or permanently block an Account, temporarily or permanently deny a Member access to the Soulblizz community and/or terminate the Membership.

CHAPTER 3: Courses and digital products

Article 1. Product specifications and errors
1. The essential characteristics of Soulblizz training courses and digital products are described on the website.
2. Soulblizz cannot be bound by writing or typing errors on the website.
3. The range of online products and/or services offered on the website may be changed.

Article 2. Terms of Use
1. When using the website, the client must act in accordance with what can be expected of a responsible and careful internet user.
2. The client is not permitted to circumvent or crack the security applications on the website.
3. The client is not permitted to use the website in such a way that it affects the correct functioning of computer systems of Soulblizz or third parties or that it hinders or hinders other users of the website.

Article 3. Conclusion of the agreement
1 The agreement is concluded after the client has successfully completed the ordering process via the website.
2. The agreement can only be concluded via the website after the client has clicked to agree to these general terms and conditions.
3. After the agreement has been concluded via the website, Soulblizz will send a confirmation email to the client. If the client has not received a confirmation email, the client must contact Soulblizz.

Article 4. Right of withdrawal
1. Since the training and the digital products concern matters with digital content, the right of withdrawal to the ordered training or to the ordered digital product does not apply, provided that the delivery of the training and/or the digital product has started with the express prior consent of the client and the client has declared that he thereby waives his right of withdrawal.
2. If the client has not given express permission for the start of the delivery of the training and/or the digital product and the client has not waived his right of withdrawal, Soulblizz will only proceed with the delivery of the training or the digital product product after the cancellation period of 14 days has expired.

Article 5. Training and account
1. The training is made available through the Soulblizz Community. The client can participate in the course via his/her account in the community.
2. Depending on the course/training purchased, the entire content is available at once or the modules are added periodically.
3. The client is at all times responsible for his account on the website and community and login details. The client must carefully keep his login details to himself and under no circumstances pass these login details on to third parties. If the client discovers that a third party is making unauthorized use of his login codes, the client must immediately inform Soulblizz of this.
4. Soulblizz does not guarantee that the community will operate without interruptions or errors. The client acknowledges that access to the community may be interrupted for various reasons. Soulblizz is not liable for damage resulting from this temporary interruption of the academy as a result of which the client is temporarily unable to take the course. However, Soulblizz will attempt to provide full continuity of the availability of the academy and to restore the interruption within acceptable timescales.

Article 6. Privacy
1. The privacy policy of Soulblizz as described in the privacy statement is an integral part of these terms of use.

Article 7. Intellectual property
1. The Member guarantees that the User Content posted by him on the Soulblizz community does not infringe the (intellectual property) rights of third parties and indemnifies Soulblizz, both in and out of court, against all claims from third parties in this regard and against all damage ( including all costs) that Soulblizz) suffers in connection with such claims.
2. By uploading User Content, the Member gives Soulblizz the irrevocable right to publish, edit, reproduce, copy and/or otherwise (re)use this User Content without payment of any compensation to the Member in the context of the services of Soulblizz, including but not limited to mailings, newsletters and the like.
3. Without the express prior written permission of the rights holder(s), Members are not permitted to publish, edit, reproduce, copy or otherwise (re)use User Content published by third parties on the Soulblizz community in any way. )to use.

CHAPTER 4: App

Article 1. General
1. The app is an alternative way to visit the Soulblizz Community. The same conditions as Chapters 2 and 3 therefore apply to the app.
2. The app can be downloaded on Android devices (via Google Play) or Apple devices (via the App Store) provided the device meets the minimum requirements.

3. The app will be offered through a third party: Heartbeat.chat.
4. Soulblizz does not guarantee that the app will work error-free on every device and cannot provide support for this in all cases.
5. Using the app is an additional optional service. Participants can always switch to a normal web browser to visit the community.
6. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Article 2. Termination of Membership
1. A member has the option to leave groups from the community at any time.

2. After voluntarily leaving the associated group, the member retains access to any courses or other online content.
3. Soulblizz is entitled, at its own discretion, to terminate a Membership with immediate effect without further notice or notice of default and without judicial intervention if:

the Member does not, does not properly or completely fulfill one or more of his obligations under these Terms of Use or otherwise;
the Member acts in violation of legal requirements;
the Member is suspected of or has been convicted of committing a criminal offense;
the Member has been placed under guardianship, has been placed under administration, has been eligible for debt restructuring, or it is likely that the Member is otherwise unable to meet the obligations arising from the Membership;
Soulblizz has, in its opinion, received one or more well-founded complaints about the behavior of the Member in the Soulblizz community;

In the event of termination of membership by Soulblizz, Soulblizz is entitled to immediately delete any files belonging to the Member and to deny him further access to the community.
1. If Soulblizz cannot fulfill its obligations towards a member due to force majeure for a period longer than one month, Soulblizz is entitled to terminate the membership by means of a written statement or e-mail to that member.
2. Termination of membership in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph will never lead to any liability on the part of Soulblizz and will not affect any claim of Soulblizz against the member in question.
3. If the membership concerns a paid agreement, the selected installments will be collected automatically. The Member can cancel her membership by e-mail at the end of the current payment term, subject to a notice period of 14days.

CHAPTER 5: Disclaimer
Article 1.Disclaimer

The following disclaimer applies to all services and products provided by Soulblizz:

A course, training, Reiki membership or any other (online) product or service that is provided by Soulblizz, is not suitable if you suffer from epilepsy, wear a pacemaker, or have a serious psychiatric history (such as schizophrenia or psychosis). Additionally, if you are under a doctor's care or taking any medication, we advise informing your doctor before the session.
In case of doubt or valid reason, someone can be denied access.
Training and treatments are not a substitute for medical treatments.
Participation and treatments are at your own responsibility and risk and Soulblizz or the trainer cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
All online sessions, trainings, courses, meditations, and all other products and services offered by Soulblizz must be undertaken in a safe environment. Not while you are actively engaged or participating in traffic.
